Glancing out the window, Chaselynn was glad to see that the weather was nice, the sun was up and no cloud was in sight. She was the type that couldn't stand to be cooped up in one place for very long, and while the house was full of opportunities she much rather would have been outside. Which was why she was wasting no time in making herself look presentable, because she had every intentions of finding something to pass the time. She brushed her long brown locks before turning away from the mirror, twirling her hair absently as she tried to figure out where to go. It didn't take long for the lake to pop into her mind and while she couldn't exactly think of what she would do once she arrived there, she decided it didn't matter. Anything was better then sitting around and being absolutely bored like she'd been doing. And missing her best friend certainly wasn't fun. She knew she could have always asked Charlotte or Marianne, but she had a feeling they probably would have been busy. Besides, time spent apart wasn't always a bad thing.

Stepping out into the hallway she quickly made it outside, the cool air welcoming on her warm cheeks. She inhaled deeply, a small smile of contentment painted onto her lips. The air was still damp, everything still and peaceful like usual after a rough storm. She wandered forward into the quiet atmosphere, her eyes drifting around her surroundings as she moved to her shared car.

It didn't take her all that long to reach her destination, and she casually wandered toward the edge of the lake. Peering into it's still surface she analyzed the girl looking back at her. Licking her bottom lip, she sighed. While she was excited to grow up and finally almost be out of school this year, the thought of adulthood was slightly daunting to say the very least. Letting her thoughts drift, she became completely unaware of her apparent company, coming up on the side of her.

Tallie hadn't been at Center Point since her aunt's passing. As much as that will still affect her, she knew that she had to go back. At least once. The day was nice, and Tallie, bored of being cooped up in her flat, decided to go out. Varen hadn't been around in a while, and it was beginning to worry her. Putting on her favorite spring outfit, she walked to the park.

Tallie walked to the lake, watching kids play with toy boats. It put a smile on her face, something that hadn't been there for a while. Walking around, she wasn't really paying attention. She was deep in thought, and she didn't realize she had been walking along beside someone. Looking at the girl, she seemed familiar. "Hey, how's the hangover treating you?" Tallie joked, seeing if she remembered her.

Hearing someone speak to her, Chaselynn turned around to see the girl from the hotel. "Tallie right?," she asked hoping she got it right. "It's gone now, thank god. But how have you been?" Glancing towards the lake she saw the little kids playing in the water and splashing each other. Memories of doing that with her siblings flashed through her head. Chase missed when all her siblings would get along and only have their childish squabbles. Oh how things change.

She bit her lip, dipping her hand in the water and watching it ripple. The water was clear today and you can tell it was getting warmer. The warmth of the sun beat down on her exposed limbs. It felt good to feel the sun on her skin after being cooped up for awhile.
